Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Goods must be unused, unfinished and in their original packaging.

Clearance stock

Clearance stock is end-of-range, discontinued or overstocked. It is brand-new and carries the same manufacturer warranty as full-price stock — the only difference is that once a size sells out it will not be restocked.

Clearance items carry the same statutory rights as any other purchase. Bespoke, made-to-measure and pre-finished-to-order items are excluded, as they are made to your specification.

Damaged or faulty goods

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
