Is clearance stock second-hand or seconds?

No. It is brand-new, boxed stock with a full manufacturer warranty.

Why is it reduced?

Clearance stock is end-of-range, discontinued or overstocked. It is brand-new and carries the same manufacturer warranty as full-price stock — the only difference is that once a size sells out it will not be restocked.

Can I get more of a size later?

No. Clearance quantities are final. If a size matters, order it now.

Can these doors be trimmed?

Most can be trimmed slightly. The trimming allowance is stated on each product page; never exceed it, particularly on fire doors.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, with next-day available on most lines.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. Only delivery is added at checkout.
